Concepts & definitions (Power Vibration: 30-Day Training Program with Mantras)

A mantra is a sacred expression, a numinous sound, a syllable, a word or phoneme, or a group of Sanskrit words that practitioners believe to have psychological and / or spiritual powers. Some mantras have a syntactic structure and literal meaning, while others do not.

Mantras reprogram your energy body and connect it with a powerful current of energy. They are in themselves very specific mathematical equations for the energy bodies of the human being. In turn, a mantra is a sound or mental expression of a sound of power or an energetic frequency.

Each Sanskrit letter corresponds to a number and when you crack the code (assigning numbers to sounds), you are often left with a mathematical mystery: like mantras that equal numbers in pi for multiple digits.

The Sanskrit word yantra comes from the prefix yan, which means to conceive and par excellence, mental conception. Yantra, therefore, literally means "device", "artifice", "mechanism", "tool" or, more precisely, "instrument".

Yantra is a mystical diagram, mainly from the Tantric traditions of the Indian religions. They are used for the worship of deities in temples or at home; as an aid in meditation; used for the benefits given by their supposed occult powers based on Hindu astrology and tantric texts.

The sūtras or suttas are mostly discourses given by the Buddha or one of his closest disciples. Although they are mainly associated with Buddhism, it can be used to designate writings from other Eastern traditions, such as Hinduism.
