General recommendations (Power Vibration: 30-Day Training Program with Mantras)

  • If you do not have a Transformation Log, we recommend choosing a notebook, a moleskine or a diary to carry out the written exercises and to deposit the ideas that will arise during the energy journey with the mantras.
  • Remember that we are dealing with sounds and symbols of power. It is tradition to solemnly treat the sacred and the elements of energetic power. We recommend that you be careful with the type of media you write on and the way you store these media.
  • Perform the Procedure at least once a day.
  • Try to repeat the mantra in your mind and with your voice at different times of the day.
  • At the end of the training or at the end of the day, write your conclusions about the exercises performed and the results obtained. For example, it will allow you to: (a) recognize which sounds of power resonate the most with your essence, (b) recognize your vital state and transform it, and (c) approach again the mantras that most caught your attention or those that generated the most harmony.
  • When you wake up, before starting your day, take at least a minute to perform the mantra of the previous day and be grateful for the power received.
  • Choose a day of the week to review your Transformation Log. During this day, in addition to the training, write the conclusions of the last week and thank (protection, support, guidance, mentoring, learning, karmic cleansing, release of blockages, etc.). You will notice that intuition begins to give you more signals and information.
