Meaning

These words are not only to pronounce, but to investigate, to deepen their meaning. The three Jewels of Buddhism are the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha and upon reaching or surrendering to these three healings of one of all sufferings, that journey begins with taking refuge in the Buddha Dhamma Sangha.

Meditating on the Buddha means the one who takes us from Darkness to Light, towards wisdom. Towards a higher consciousness towards the mindless mind.

Dhamma is "Here - and - Now", it is not taking refuge in some intellectual writings or anything else that we can access here and now.

Sangha means community, community where people support each other, help each other in the practice of meditation. It is very important to have a community, so that when you feel depressed, when you do not feel 100% or when you are trapped somewhere, the Community is there to help you, to help you get up.

Remember that there is a greater and higher force or energy at stake, and we all have access to that energy. And how can we access that force that energy? By surrendering, by taking refuge in that higher being, by becoming one with it, by being part of that force, of that energy.
