Hymn created by the constellation teacher Brigitte Champetier de Ribes. Originally published in 2010, in the book "Starting to Constellate".
Yes to everything as it is
and to everyone as they are.
Thanks to everything as it is and everyone as they are.
I appreciate my life as it is, I allow myself to be as I am.
I appreciate the abundance that surrounds me
I take everything that comes my way as an opportunity for more love.
I surrender to what I don't understand.
I love each one as he is,
even the ones that scare me,
anger or revulsion.
In those who have hurt me,
I recognize myself.
The damage that I have done, I assume and repair.
I respect the primacy of those before me, I bow to my elders.
I honor the universe, nature, plant or animal.
From my place,
no more no less,
I give myself to the later ones, to the new ones,
I give myself to the priority of the new.
Pushed by unconditional thanks to my parents and my environment,
I return what I have received with service to others.
Aware of my imperfection,
of my greatness and my responsibility,
here now,
I take my life
and I give myself to love.

Meditation to heal the family and heal children
Prayer for the release of the clan
Prayer of energetic liberation from the debts and charges related to the clan or family tree.
I release my parents, grandparents and ancestors: from feeling that they have failed with me.
I release my children from the need to be proud, that they write their own way according to what their hearts say in their ears.
I release my partner from the obligation to complement me. I lack nothing, I learn from each being all the time.
I release my grandparents and ancestors so that today I can breathe life on their behalf, I release them from the guilt of the past and the wishes that were not fulfilled.
Aware that they did the best they could to resolve their situations from the resources of conscience they had at that time, I honor, love and acknowledge each and every one of them innocent.
I undress before their eyes, so that they know that I do not hide or owe anything more than to be true to myself and my own existence, that if I walk with wisdom I will be able to be aware that I am fulfilling my own life project, free of invisible family loyalties and visible that they can disturb my Peace and Happiness that is my only responsibility. I renounce the role of savior, of being the one who unites or fulfills other people's expectations.
Learning through and only through Love, I bless my essence, my unique way of expressing myself, although someone cannot understand me, I understand myself, because only I have lived and experienced my history, because I know myself, I know who I am, what I feel, what I do and why I do it.
