Born in London, Elsa has a degree in Philosophy and Letters, a Master in Humanities from the University of Oxford and a Journalism from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He is also a Master in Secondary Education from the Camilo José Cela University of Madrid.
Director of content at the Laboratory of Social and Emotional Learning (LASE), she collaborated on television in El Hormiguero and then directed and presented "La Mirada de Elsa" on Networks. Later he had a weekly section, "The world in your hands", on the TVE program "Para todos la 2".

He has written the books "Compass for Emotional Navigators", "Radical Innocence" and the fable "The Gardener Lion". In 2012, he launched his bestseller "A Backpack for the Universe", already published in fourteen countries and, in 2014, the book on social intelligence, "The World in your Hands".

In October 2015 he began publishing the illustrated stories of «Los Atrevidos«, aimed at children, to help them understand and manage, in an entertaining way, their basic emotions. The books also include a "workshop" for parents and educators.

In 2016, “The Book of Small Revolutions” was published, now in its 12th edition. And in 2017 "The book of happy moments" was published.

Elsa is today one of the leading figures throughout the Spanish-speaking world for the dissemination of emotional intelligence as a tool for positive change. His already extensive direct presence with conferences and in the media throughout Latin America and Spain attest to this.

Elsa already has more than 2.5 million readers.
